Sample Production Refund Policy

In case of payment for samples, if design work has not been shared within one week after payment, 100% paid amound will be refunded on refund claim.

If design work has been completed but not approved 80% of paid amount will be refunded on refund claim.

If design work is approved and sampling is cancelled before sample production 50% of the amount will be refunded.

If sample prodcution is started there will be no refund on cancellation of sample order. Since procurement of fabric and accessories involve financial expense.
